How Payments Are Handled

Payments are taken through third-party payment providers.

Anything you enter at checkout is handled under the privacy and security arrangements of whichever provider processes it.

What reaches us is the transaction information we need in order to confirm payment, fulfil your order, keep records, guard against fraud, and support you afterwards.

Authorising Payment

Submitting an order confirms that:

• The payment and billing details you have entered are accurate and complete.
• You have the right to use the payment method you selected.
• You authorise the charges that go with the order.

Confirming Your Order

Submitting an order does not by itself mean it has been accepted.

Acceptance follows once payment has gone through successfully and the order has been confirmed.

An order may be held or cancelled where:

• Payment cannot be taken or verified.
• The transaction looks unauthorised, fraudulent, or suspicious.
• The item is not available.
• The order details are wrong or incomplete.
• An obvious pricing, stock, or technical error has occurred.

Prices, Tax, and Charges

The item price, applicable taxes, delivery charges, and the full order total all appear at checkout before you submit the order.

Reviewing that total before completing payment is the customer's responsibility.

Declined Payments

Where a payment does not go through, the first thing to check is that the billing and payment details entered at checkout are correct.

If another payment option is offered at checkout, you are welcome to try it instead.

Cancellations and Reversals

Where we cancel an order after payment has cleared, the amount is returned by the original payment route wherever that is reasonably possible.

How long it takes to show up is down to the payment provider.
